  Read the obituary in the morning, & saw Col Bernard, 39, covering most of the page.. Poor guy with 2 young kids die so young during Army BIALTON.

  Let face it.. In the past I kept complaining about Army regulars signing on because they don’t want to face the tough life outside & want to Slack in camp doing nothing.. Let me ask you all a question.. "Any of you dare to pick up a pen & sign on for the Army ?" People thing Army are all Wayang.. Its not totally true, Is just that many of them spoil the market & play around with the SAF system.. If there is no one willing to sign on, then who maintain the SAF ?

  Lets take a look at Col Benard case.. As a Guard commander, he took part in the BIALTON.. Although he knew that his body cannot take it anymore, he continue as all his fellow man are looking at him & he want to set an example of never giving up.. Poor man, left this world is some useless Army BIALTON.. And further more, Army got one stupid system in which physical fitness is a citeral for promotion & more award u have, the faster you promote.. So most of them with brain either carry the balls of the superior or Stupid one risk their life in fitness competition & test.. But army is all about politics, you got connection with high ranking people inside, you will get promoted easily (by playing Golf..haha).. Let take a look at the Chief of Defence.. He is Pes E, Physical unfit, weighing more then 100Kg, cannot run only because he is a President scholar & got alot of brains.. Now you throw a coin in any camp & you can hit many Majors which is so uncommon in the past.. Army have change.. but its where I find so many friends.. Damn fun.. You get paid while slacking although you are wasting your Prime of your youth, 2.5 yrs there, where you can earn more outside.

  Not all Army regular sign on just to slack, there are some who come from poor family bad ground & have to support their siblings & family fiancially, so the easiest way is to sign on.. There are still some bastards who sign on, cos they dun have the brain to work outside & choose the easier path of slacking in Army, or they have the brain, knowing that army life is slack & easy to earn money, since on the 10th of every month, its pay day.. There are those who have connection inside & will get promoted inside easily so they sign on.. Signing  on got many benefits, except for wearing the uniform..

  I will never sign on.. hehe.. Don’t like the life.. Although many Army regulars got pretty girlfriend & money.. I rather have freedom outside..not that inside don’t have.. Everywhere there is politics.. but in army, you are bonded, your superior don’t like you mean you are gone.. Outside still can quit.. Rather earn less.. In my camp, most of my army regular are good gamblier, alcoholic & frequent night club visitors.. During free time, Army life really nothing to do (Boring) so they pick up all this habits to pass time.. So if you want to choose a Army regular as your spouse haha.. Initially still okay, after that haha.. My Ex CSM Warrent Ng is a good example of a negative army regular, always ask us to drink with him until he drunk (Pay for him somemore).. F him man..I rather kanna punish by his then be his dog (Those old bird Sergeant behave like Dogs.. Bring him for night club & you are excuse of oversea excercise.. Pui !!!).. Every night he drink until drunk, vomit in office, my poor clerk have to clean up for him, neglect his daughter & wife by not going home & gamble all the time.. I will never respect this mother fucker.. Once he wanted to strip my rank as the other regular(1st sergeant somemore) never do his jobs in oversea excercise, I told him to do it.. Lan Lan he never.. My dad really hate him, everytime stare at him when sending me in.. If he is sack in the army & want job.. I sure offer him & play with him haha.. My Captain Fong respect me cos I never behave like those dogs of his, after he left, Captain Fong give me the power of dedicating my jobs & freedom of having my own vehicle during excercise & being my own commander .. My captain know what type of person is him, & he know that going against that drunked fucker is difficult, but I did it (Once he even want to punch me for the work I do correctly, project costing $15K, becos someone send him a wrong email).. Lucky he never punch me, or he will be in detention barrack, I also know he is a fucking coward lar.. Lucky for him, I got alot of outfield experience so my captain will ask me anything if he is unsure, he let me slack as much as possible as he know i will execute whatever he wants with the experience I have.. haha

  If you need the money, No harm signing on for the army, but never mixed with those useless under dogs.. Always associate yourself with the top, not by carrying balls but doing well in your job.. People will see your hardwork in a matter of time unless the top position are corrupted.. So just pray u never kanna a useless commander :D

  I heard from my brother that NTU is going to charge us money per minute basis for parking in NTU.. At all the carparks even those at hall.. Why ??? Dr Su Guanyin, your salary not enough issit ??? haha.. This morning I read on the strait times regarding NTU having Peeping Tom in hall.. Somemore a Club President.. Wa Lao.. High can go Geylang leh or use the internet.. What for risk it in school ??? Now kanna condemn.. Obby Good.. Why NTU always come out all the negative news on the papers.. Today Strait Times also state that NUS is combining with Harvard for some student programmes.. Why NUS always got the positive image ?? NTU student protesting, NTU student Peeping, NTU Hall fee rise, NTU blah blah blah !!! Maybe there will be a 2nd Tammy case coming from NTU..haha.. I waiting for that to happen..since we got so many Hostels in NTU..sure got some boh liao ppl will find it interesting to tape themselves having sex..

  Oh ya.. I want to tell you all about the article written by Nanz Chong, the one that started $1.99 shop & went bankrupt.. A good advice from her husband: Never Hire Someone You can’t Fire." Coming from a Asian background, we have a servere loyalty syndrome. One is expected to stick up for family or fellow "Clan" members, no matter what. So when come into firing someone considered "Family", I will suffer terrible Guilt because I feel like breaking someone’s Rice Bowl. Its an acquired art to hire & fire a person. Not hiring the right person causes a lot of emotional stress & financial drainage– not firing the wrong person causes even more.

  It was not in my nature of doing spot check on my staff, trusted them with their time management, end up the employee abuse the system. Finally have no choice but pick up my courage to fire them. Practise make perfect: I soon began a system of reviewing staff performance & setting up policies & guidelines on how to fire staffs. Another type of worker are those that do not delegate their jobs & had a problem doing the work she was qualified & paid for. They have an "Old School" system which employee have to clock in on time & focus on their dress attire rather than thier work performance.

  I had some family members come to work for me. They made some great contributions to the business. However, because they were family, they did not share the same sense of propriety that my employees display. For example one would continually miss important meetings, & its become awkward when my staff began to think standards could be compromise. Then another family member who worked in the warehouse thought it was acceptable to snack on the merchandise.

  I could not bring myself to firing them! I worried about not being able to face them at the future family reunions. How could I be so cruel to my own family?

  Hiring friends is another minefield. If you value the friendship, be doubly careful about hiring or doing business with him or her. The business relationship should benefit both of you, not just one. There has to be team effort, one shared direction, an ease while working together, a mutual trust, the freedom to be open & honest with each other without harbouring hurt. If there is any fear of losing this friend, hold back! If you are losing sleep worrying if the business relationship will soil your friendship, then don’t do it. Once relationship is focus on fear, It will not work.

  As usual came to work early in the morning..SainZz. Then realise my supervisor never come again so I got nothing to do again.. But I took half day off without telling my sup since he is not around trying to play with the system.. Took the opportunity when my AE want to send wafer to NTU at 1230pm.. Followed their Cab so can save on transport. Then my AE asked me whether I got inform my sup..Opps.. Of cos say Yes lar then I just send a sms to tell sup I going off early today.. I went back NTU & took my Starlet to change it back board & install the radio.. Thanks to my uncle, I got a rather good offer.. Including the lighter, the total cos was $130, wah damn expensive, but I use my uncle $100 which he gave me lasttime to pay.. He gave me another $150 on that day, but I only use $30 and return him $120 using the same method he pass me the $100..haha.. He really so generous but to me I rather give then to take.. & taking from someone make me feel uncomfortable.. Thanks uncle for the gift to the New Starlet..

  Then I spend 2 hours at the work shop looking at how this young man (20 to 23) fixing, shaping the backboard & installation.. We are all talented in our individual way.. You ask me do it, I will be clumsy with all the filing, drilling, installation & shaping of the board.. I never see anyone as useless, follow your interest & you may discover where you are really good in (Talent not easy to discover).. Just don’t give up.. Went for Zhang Shao Han concert in school, memorise by her vocal but find her abit arrogant, maybe her body langage & her tone (Damn short 45min only).. But still like her songs although her latest album is so so only.. Prefer her acting & hosting skills.. The serial that give me a good impression of her & her song is Hai Dun Wan.. Where she, Yi Tian Bian, is a poor orphan inspire to be a great singer.. (Yi Shi De Mei Hao & Journey were the songs she sang in for show).. Never doubt her acting, hosting & singing skills.. Solid !!! 

Saturday

  Woke up around 8am that day, KaoZzz.. Too use to waking up at 6.30am for I.A.. Went down to wash my Starlet, took almost 3 hours.. Scrub the sport rim, body and boot.. Then around 2pm its started to rain.. All my hard work gone to waste.. I jio my friend YongGuang & Xichuan for the motorshow in NTU.. although i meeting them at 3pm, I reach at 2pm to chitchat with Yuanhao in canteen A where he is studying.. haha.. Disturb him.. But not to worry, he is 1st class honour caliber.. Then went for the motor show at 3pm.. It was disappointing, No babe, No cars accessory & only all the children arcade & control car game.. Stunt drive was so so only.. Did some of the stunt with my old Starlet accidentally in the pass haha.. Larry & Yuanhao experience it before.. Better then intial D haha.. After that I took them to try out my new Starlet haha..

  I went to my uncle’s house to pick up kianming as he is teaching my cousin tution, my cousin tag along, then I bring them back to the motor show where they are not really interested.. My cousin is sec 1, he is very playful, but he really lack something, Guts.. I really want to instill some confident into him, he is like Singaporean, Shy & only dare to try if there is cousins or his sis around, he dun like to play infront of crowd.. In Singapore, inorder to succeed is to be thick skin which is lack in s’porean that why we always lose out to foreign talent.. We are like Goldfish, only open mouth in his own tank but nothing come out.. I bring Kainming & my cousin to Tua Pek Kong Temple to pray, to thank him for blessing us in last sem exams as we went there to pray for blessing before our last sem exams (Especially DSP).. I told my cousin to study hard (How hard his father work) & hope he can be more mature & ‘Kai Qiao’ like Kianming, who only started to think about his future when he is Sec 4( Never too late to start working hard) as all his Sec Sch friends went to Boy’s Home.. With his hard work, he came into NTU & may even get 1st class honour.. People must learn from him, but he also lack Guts, only know how to say but always dun dare to try (Passive in nature).. Smoking addict hehe..

  Its usually my resting day at home.. Slack SLACK slack !!! Watched my sis borrowed DVDs.. I heard <In My SHOES> was a good movie so I loaded it.. Its about 2 completely different Character sister who can’t live without one another, just lke my siblings, completely different looks & Characters haha.. The show was lengthy & started to pick up momentum only at the 2nd half where Cameron Diaz (1 of the sis) left her sis place after being caught having sex with the sis’s boyfriend in bed.. Woohoo.. Then Diaz went to look for her grandma (At a retiree home) who his dad forbid her frm knowing that her grandma exist & he started mixing with these old folks & start learning about Life..hehe.. As Usual.. most movie are like that.. What I like about the show are the poem & especially the poem Diaz read during her sis’s wedding.. The ending part of the poem was :" Your heart is kept with me, & your heart is kept in my heart.. " Back to Reality, not all sibling are NiCe.. Due to materialism wants, many fight for properties & backstab their siblings, my Dad’s sibilings are F–king losers who only now how to stay in big houses & Con (Steal) family property.. Let you all Win.. We don’t need the money.. Just please don’t harm us anymore.. They like to attack my family because they know my dad is the weakest link as he always give in & really dun like to interfer in family matters as he know his family character.. Human are like that.. They like to compare & attack the weaker one to make themself happy.. Why not aim the top one & those who really want the money.. Why always pick on us ??? Lucky HEAVENLY God take care of Gong Kia like us.. My grandpa & great grandma said they were bless us in heaven before they past away.. Usually people only know who is good when they are close to their death or when they lose that person.. Grandma, just hope you can wake up, we always forgive you, but you are getting bad to worst.. Maybe being poison by my aunts & uncles.. I promise, once you pass away, I will not associate with them anymore, only those cousins who I trust, up to now only found one.. Sad to say..

  《大长今》好好看哦！！Wow.. Looking forward to switch on the TV every weekdays at 10pm, Channel U for this Korean Drama. This show (True story) is superb, its about how this little gal by the name of Changjin whose parents die for some military reason was posted to work as a maid in the palace. This show really touches me, how this cute little gals aim to be the top lady of the kitchen, went through many shit chores & bully, kanna backstab & disturb because she is always smarter then the rest (No parents so other despise her).. I like her attitude in the show, never say Die spirit.. She is someone who dare to voice her opinion even if she is going against the norm as long as she thinks is right (Many practise of Favourtism in the palace).. Once her Shifu told her that in order to get to the top, you must know what are your goal, be aggressive towards it, work for it & be unique (Ignore how people view you, the more they bully you, the more you help them in their chores, one day they will eventually accept & respect you)..

  To be honest, I like to watch TV serial more then movie, Movies are all about Effects & big celebrities.. But serial tell alot of true happenings.. Corruption, Backstabbing, Kinship, Love, Property fighting & Life.. Some may think.. Aiya TV serials all bullshit & rubbish.. At 1st I was like most of you until I grow older & the scenario happen in my life.. My mum told me that TV drama is like Reality or not how the director & writer produce the show (Most writer get their ideas from the people around, what really happen in the real world etc) ??? Watch TV is like reading a book, they do happen in life eventhough most are stated frictional..

  Alot of people tell me they like reading my blog, KaoZz my GP D7 leh haha.. Ask me to write daily, too bad I’m not creative & scare I may offend people & become another Changjin from that korean Serial.. Then kanna backstab for no reason hehe..

  I got some analogy (Spell wrongly) which I remember whenever I listen to FM 933 during preparation of exams.. Hope its meaningful.

  1) It was winter, this little bird fell from a tree & landed into a lump of cow dunk.. The bird was complaining of the smell & cursing.. Then came this Cat who offer to bring the bird out.. The bird was happy.. In the End.. " Yummy !!!", the cat say.. (Easy to guess right ?)

  This story tell us that whenever you kanna Shit from someone, it doesn’t mean the person is harming you (Like the warm cow dunk that prevent the little bird from freezing to death).. Those that always give you a helping hand will never harm you.. Remember blessing always come in Disguise as well as those who want to harm you..

  2) This teacher draw a dot on the Whiteboard & ask the Class what do they see.. The class instantly reply, the black Dot.. The teacher shaked his head & say, can’t you see the whole white surface on the whiteboard ??? 

  This scene tell us that people only remember & focus their attention on other people mistake & negative points (No matter how small).. People seldom look at the big picture & like to look at individual Fault & draw conclusion.. Let look at Bill Clinton, He prevented US to go into a recession during his 8 years as President.. What do people remember him for now??? His Sex Scandal.. So sad, people will never remember how great you are when you make any silly mistake eventhough it may not even concern them.. Pui !!!

  3) This Daughter asked her mum how to maintain a relationship, since she is going to get marry on the next day. The Mum ask her hold a pile of sand in her hand & softly clench her fist.. then later she told her to crench hard her fist.. The Daughter finally realise what her mum want to indicate to her.

  Relastionship is like clenching a pile of sand (Sand indicate your relationship) in your hand (Hand indicate Trust), the harder you hold tight, the more Sand you spill out.. Its as though when you don’t trust what your partner is doing & you grap hold of him more often, his faith & feeling in you will slowly diminish & eventually leave you.. On the other hand, If you trust your partner, & give him the freedom to do watever he like, the relationship will be as strong as ever as nothing spill out from your hand.. This may not only happen for relationship, but also for working as a team.. You have faith in what your committees are doing (Trust them), the project will succeed & everyone is happy.. If you are always supicious of their capability & like to draw conclusion & look at people bad points, then the project will never succeed as plan..

  Let get things serious first.. In the Morning, I have to present my project & report to my supervisor & his head.. Wow !!! I was amaze by my sup’s head.. She seem rather slack in office, doing nothing always & picking on engineers to F everytime something goes wrong.. At first I thought she was an useless ass (Woman somemore).. Everyday come office late, sit there do nothing, go for long lunch, go home early etc.. KaoZzz, My process Engineer Manager so slack then somemore F people damn loud.. But to my surprise, during my presentation, the way she demand thing & the way she go straight to the point really DamNnn Zai.. Superb way of management and Damn knowledgeable.. She is a Double Master student, maybe 30 + only.. I like her working style, Got problem then be direct, no problem just slack.. She really know how to allocate her job unlike some leader i work for.. She got my Style.. Zai ManZz.. Pei Fu !!!

  The good thing is.. Hurray !!! I got things to do liao.. Did the run sheet for my second experiment, imagine all this is spoon fed to us during NTU Lab..now I doing myself.. Writing procedure etc.. Must do it well, afraid operators do wrongly then my effort all go down to waste.. Then I came across one of my cockster friend blog.. He is my JJC classmate, never once fail to amuse us in class.. even tutors all also Buay Tong him..

Actually what I want to talk about is what I saw during this morning in the exam hall. I went in early, and there were about 10 mins to go before the start. So I just sat down and did nothing. (Actually we weren’t allowed to do anything already; just wait). So I looked around and saw this joker doing something really wierd.

The joker clasped his hands together, closed his eyes and was PRAYING! Yes, he was praying. Most likely he was asking God to let him pass this final paper.

I say: What’s the use? That’s why I don’t like christians. You want to pass exam, you pray to God. You want to earn more money, you pray to God. You want to slim down, you pray to God. For everything else, there’s…who else? God!

Now this is ridiculous. If I want to pass exam, I will study hard. If I want to earn more money, I go look for a job. If I want to slim down, I diet.

Now let’s look at 2 scenarios:

1) The guy manages to pass. He becomes very happy. He realises that it is due to the fact that he prayed. So next exam, he pray. He passed again. So next exam, he pray. Passed again. Eventually, he decides, no need to study anymore. Why? Pray enough. God will let him pass.

2) He failed. He becomes very sad. He blames God for it. Next exam, he prays again. Failed again. So he blames God again. He becomes disillusioned and distraught, not knowing whether to trust his religion again.

It’s true that if you have a religion, it can help you to keep faith in something. That guy probably prayed so that he can have a peace of mind. So he can feel conceited and keep his mind free to worries to concentrate on the exam.

I hope he doesn’t keep it a habit, otherwise scenario 1 or 2 will happen!

I truely agree with Him, I’m not against Christian (My brother’s family is Christian), but this is  how I sometime feel..

1) They thank god before every meal they consume daily. (Where do your food come from when your family is Jobless & earn nothing ? Why you never thank your parents for your daily food you eat for every meal? Your boss pay you your salary to buy food.. Can thank him also.. haha)

2) Its an obligation to give 10% of the salary to the Church for believing in God for most of the Church ( Hey, you are paying money to those pastors’ salary, some are like Father Kang.. "As long as you can speak as sweet as a sales man, you can be a pastor.. haha". Why not donate to those really in need every month or give the 10% to your parent who raise you.. Dun always complain poor when you got money to give Church.. My uncle is one Pastor who teach everything from the bible to his follower but end up doing opposite & sweet talk my family money away.. Give him lar.. sure kanna retribution)

3) They like to promote how Fun Church is, & their activities to encourage more people to enrol ( Religion is not about making friends, its accepting the faith.. Want to make friends join SDU.. You know how many parents heart are broken when their children convert to christian . From peer pressure.. Hey, more people join, more earning they get.. Nexttime I no job, I will be a pastor.. easy money.. Joking)..

Its certainly takes all type of people to make up the world– the good, the bad & the Ugly.

The Good are those always ready with a helping hand. The bad include criminals, terrorists & those whose life mission is to inflict misery.

The Ugly are those who think about themselves & their needs without any consideration for others.

Its not necessary a crime to be ugly. At best, we can contain the ugly by making some of their misconduct punishable by law. Or we can collectively scorn their behaviour.

But its looks like we will have to learn to live with ugly in our midst– otherwise, we will die very quickly of anger, stress & frustration.

  After reading this article I decided to cool down from the incident where my car was purposely Scratch by some Ugly people.. No point Cursing them.. Just let the Law due with them.. I’m sorry of being too vuglur & irrational in my previous article.. I must learn to be more Tolerant.. I must start from today to control my temper..

  Let talk about staying in hall, I choose not staying in hall, not because I no $$$, its that I’m someone who like Fun, & I know once I stay hall, I will flunk & 20+ yrs of education & parents’ money down the drain.. I’m someone who have very little self discipline when coming to having Fun, I will find many excuse not to go to lecture.. But at home, got Mum to wake me up & got my beloved Starlet to drive to school.. I really pity most of my friend who Flunk their Exams due to hall activities & Life.. Come from Hwa Chong somemore.. Like ShitZzz.. Some choose to come hall purely for staying away from their Parents’ nagging & control (Read from some blogs) Find them really STUPID.. Its for their own good & they chose to ignore (Majority are gals) haha.. Gals usually don’t like to listen to advice (Damn stubborn) & like to seek help from their "Smart" (Think they damn street wise, F lar) friends outside (Think they always right & many come from problematic family with no proper guidance), like my sister, but she is still a princess in my family cos she know how to pamper us & she is someone that really know how to bond the family.. Once thy fail, they will always cry then within 1 day, forget everything, KaoZzz (Must kanna burn many time then can wake up).. Lucky my sis not so stubborn still seek her 3 brother for advice.. Once excercise Freedom, they dunno how to control them & there goes their future.. This is another reason why I chose to go for 3 yrs A’level course (Flunk my O’level english D7 even though I got 16 points for L1R5 inc English) instead of Poly (Too much Freedom).. Since young my aim was to enter local university & do engineering (Never Regret so far).. Aiyo can make friends without staying hall like me leh hehe.. Want life can come sit my Starlet.. I bring you out to enjoy outside life.. But must study hard 1st.. Can enjoy abit later.. Can still enjoy now but must know when to stop.. Being Single is Fun but Being attached has its own fun too..haha

  My hall life begins during my Army days minus the gals.. We Talk cok still late in the nite, go Town almost everydays, Playstation until 2-3am in the morning & never go for rolecall alias Lecture or tutorials in the morning hehe.. We do drink too, but only special occassion like Oversea trip.. People may find it different from hall life, to me I find it better.. No politics, No burden, got $790 to spend somemore.. plus free food free accomodation.. Aiya gals should come in NS & enjoy..hehe.. But I strongly disagree gals joining NS, by the time they finish university after NS, they become old & hagger liao.. Gals age damn fast.. That one I can confirm when I see how some of my female friends looked so different from yr 1 to yr 3..hehe.. Lucky guys still okay.. Except tummy grow bigger.. SianZzz.. Went NUS to makan for Lunch, so Long never see so many students liao, somemore eat at business & law canteen.. WooHoo !!! Chais almost everywhere, see until eyes tired, haha (Joking).. Then went to their shop where there is XBox Live.. Haha I beat this American student 2-1 in winning 11.. Its feel so good..haha .. Wah we took 2 hours for lunch break, the longest so far..
